How do I get started?

First you click on the Free Consultation button or reach out via phone/email to schedule a brief phone call where we can discuss what you’re needing and how we might work together. If it feels like a good fit, I will send you intake paperwork through a secure portal where you can see your appointments and log-in to virtual sessions. I will also send a separate email with directions for those coming in-person.

What is the expected commitment?

All sessions are 50 minutes long and we meet on a weekly ongoing basis. This is a collaborative process and I respect your autonomy to make decisions about when you feel you’ve met your goals and we will be assessing progress along the way, however, it is my expectation that we will be in communication about any shifts to the schedule or concerns about frequency, etc.

Do you offer bi-weekly?

Not to start out, but sometimes if enough rapport has been built and progress has been made in the first few months, we can discuss whether it would be a clinically appropriate option, however in my experience it is often not as effective.

How much is it, and do you take insurance?

Couples sessions are $250 and Individual sessions are $225. I currently do not accept insurance but can provide a Superbill for potential out of network reimbursement. I hold a set number of sliding-scale spots, please inquire within regarding availability.

Do you offer virtual or in-person?

I offer virtual therapy across California & in-person therapy at my office in Eagle Rock, CA (North East Los Angeles).
