Individual Therapy
50 minute weekly sessions
$225
In our work together, therapy becomes a space where you can process the guilt, stress, and anticipatory grief that so often accompany caregiving. We’ll uncover the patterns that keep you stretched thin and explore new ways of relating that bring more ease. Along the way, you’ll gain practical tools for setting boundaries, managing stress, and protecting your energy. We can also work through the tensions that caregiving places on relationships, whether with siblings, partners, or your own children, so that connection feels possible again. Most importantly, therapy offers the chance to reconnect with your identity, creativity, and sense of meaning. While it can’t take away the responsibilities you carry, it can help you move through them with steadiness, clarity, and compassion for yourself.
Couples Therapy
50 minute weekly sessions
$250
Caregiving doesn’t just affect the individual, it often reshapes a couple’s relationship. Many partners find themselves running on empty, communicating only about logistics, or feeling the intimacy slip away. Resentment can build when one partner carries more of the caregiving load, or when financial and time pressures leave little room for connection. You may notice more conflict, less patience, or a growing sense of distance just when you most need each other’s support. In couples therapy, we’ll create space to name these struggles openly, strengthen communication, and find ways to share the weight together. The goal isn’t just to manage caregiving stress, but to help your relationship remain a source of steadiness, care, and even renewal in the midst of it all.
